Original Art
What is the shipping costs and timeframes?
Shipping is currently only available within Australia, and is free of charge on all paintings under 100x100cm. If you’re are based overseas and would like to purchase a painting, please get in touch here first to see what shipping rates and timeframes are currently like.
Do you accept returns / refunds?
Please choose carefully before purchasing a painting, as original artworks cannot be returned for a refund. Should you require additional photos, close ups or in-situ, please don’t hesitate to contact Natashia directly. All photos of artwork have been taken as closely to their actual colours as possible, however some screens may vary slightly from the actual artwork. If you are based in Perth and would like to view the artwork in person, please contact Natashia directly to see if an appointment can be made.
My painting arrived damaged - what do I do?
If your paintings is damaged in transit, please take photos and get in touch immediately. A repair or refund will be arranged in cases where damaged has occurred due to transportation.
Do you do commissions?
At the moment commissions are currently unavailable.
Prints
What is the shipping costs and timeframes?
Shipping is currently only available within Australia, and is free of charge on all prints under 100x100cm. Items above this size will be invoiced a separately after the order. For a shipping quote, please get in touch before placing your order. If you’re are based overseas and would like to purchase a print, please get in touch here first to see what shipping rates and timeframes are currently like.
All prints are made to order, and require one to two weeks turn around. Shipping times are addition to this. Small paper prints are packed in a flatpack, all larger prints and canvas prints are sent in a tough art roll tube.
Prints can be picked up from Edgewater WA 6027.
